Help Youssef's Family During This Critical Time

On August 25th, 2024, Youssef was in a motorcycle accident while on a roadtrip through Ontario, Canada. He had been visiting friends in Canada and was on his way to California.

Youssef suffered severe injuries in the accident, including massive head trauma. He is currently unconscious in the ICU at a hospital in Sudbury, Canada.

Update 11/25/2024:

As of early November 2024, Youssef is conscious and speaking, and is still at the hospital in Ontario. There are still two family members from Morocco overseeing his care at the hospital. He needs proper rehabilitation care in the U.S. though.

Currently, a small team of family and friends are working to line everything up to have Youssef transported from Canada to the U.S. for rehabilitation, but it could take some months and probably not until after Jan 1st 2025.

Youssef will continue to need support in the near future. Please consider continuing to donate to this fundraiser. The funds go directly to the family to support efforts to get Youssef back to the U.S. and into a rehabilitation care facility.
