Many of you have reached out over the past few weeks asking how you can help support the library after the recent town vote. At your encouragement, we’ve created this GoFundMe as one way for our community to come together during a challenging time.

This year, the town warrant article that typically funds half of our operating budget was not approved. As a result, we are now facing difficult decisions and will need to make cuts to services, materials, and possibly staffing as we plan for the next fiscal year beginning in July.

Our goal with this fundraiser is to help bridge that gap, hopefully raising enough to lessen the impact of those cuts and continue providing the programs, resources, and welcoming space that so many in our community rely on.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will directly support the library and help us maintain the level of service our patrons deserve. Just as meaningful is your continued support, advocacy, and belief in what the library brings to this town.
