Why am I doing this page?
Due to the fact that my workplace ( Jean-Claude Biguine hair salon NYC midtown )has closed down because of the pandemic, I decided to switch my hat and wear my yoga teacher one, to help myself in this difficult time.
As most hairstylists I am paid on commission and tips only. Because of my E-2 visa immigration status, I am not eligible for the Unemployment Insurance, so I have no more income. I need your support, your donations will be used to pay the essential needs: Rent, Food, and others expenses like phone bill or health insurance.
I would be so grateful for any donation you could do to help me.

What do I offer ?
YOGA, FULL BODY WORKOUT, HIIT CLASSES via Zoom
During my trip around the world 3 years ago now, I spent 6 months in china training in Martial Arts and then moved to 3 months in India where I learned Yoga and became a certified yoga teacher. Both of these experiences brought me knowledge in the fitness/wellness area, which I used mostly for myself and close friends, but now I need to use all I know to get though this with you.
How to join in?
1) Download and login to Zoom (https://zoom.us/ ) accessible from your phone, tablet or computer. *Download the free app for easy access.
2) Select the correct link from the above schedule to join the class!
3) When you join the class, please turn on your video and MUTE yourself so the other students can only hear me, the instructor. Turning on your video is recommended but not mandatory.
4)Have a yoga mat, water bottle, a small siting area like a chair or apart of a couch and a piece of cloth or towel.

All classes are donation based, give what you can, if you can.
