We are a group of four high school students that have been selected to attend a Women’s ROTC Weekend Training Program in Vermont. This program offers a unique opportunity for young women to explore from an outside-of-JROTC perspective, develop leadership skills, and gain exposure to military-style training and mentorship.

Attending this program is an important step for us as we consider future pathways in military service and higher education. The experience will allow us to learn directly from current cadets, engage in structured training activities, and expand our understanding of teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.
