We are launching a donation campaign for my dear friend Mohammed from Gaza, The following text was written by him personally.

My name is Mohammed Jihad Al-Qudra, a 22-year-old journalist and news reporter from Gaza. I graduated at the very onset of the war in 2023. Despite immense challenges, I continue reporting bravely and honestly on social media—independently—so that the voice of my oppressed people may reach the world.

I lost my father, who had been battling cancer, and I have since become the sole provider for my family. After our home was destroyed, I now live in a tent with my mother, my brother Mohsen, my sister, and her two young children. We are surviving under the harshest conditions—suffering from hunger, thirst, and constant fear.

I volunteer as a journalist but receive no income, and my family has no source of livelihood.

My goal is to help my family and me secure food, rebuild a home, and restore a life of dignity and peace in our homeland.

أنا محمد جهاد القدرة من غزة، صحفي ومراسل أخبار، أبلغ من العمر 22 عامًا. تزامن تخرجي مع أول أيام الحرب عام 2023. ورغم كل الصعوبات والتحديات، أواصل عملي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بتقارير جريئة وصادقة، وبصوتٍ مستقل، ليصل صوت شعبي المظلوم إلى العالم أجمع.

فقدتُ والدي الذي كان مريضًا بالسرطان، وأصبحتُ معيل أسرتي. الآن، بعد تدمير منزلي، أعيش في خيمة مع والدتي وأخي محسن وأختي واثنين من أطفالها. نعيش في أسوأ ظروف الجوع والعطش والخوف.

أعمل متطوعًا، لكنني لا أتقاضى أجرًا، وعائلتي ليس لديها مصدر دخل.

هدفي هو مساعدتي وعائلتي في الحصول على الطعام، وبناء منزل، وتمكيننا من العيش بكرامة وسلام في وطننا.
