In Victoria, St. Marks, Grenada, "MOMENTUM Track and Field Running Club" is a group of incredibly talented primary and secondary school track and field athletes ranging from ages 5-16 years old who are competing—and winning—without proper running shoes. Despite their dedication and success, their school and Coach Denver Welsh cannot afford to provide the necessary footwear, leaving these young champions to race barefoot, which can be damaging to their athletic future.

We are fundraising to equip these rising stars with the spikes running shoes they need to train and compete safely, starting in mid-April 2025. The students were unsure of their exact sizes, so Ms. Karen Pilgrim borrowed a foot measurement device from a local store to find out. The shoe sizes range from US 12 kids to 9 adults.

Any and all donations will go toward ensuring they have the right gear and equipment to continue excelling.
