I feel like I’ve been given another chance to fulfill a dream of mine. Back in college, I was supposed to complete part of my student teaching in Togo, Africa, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to go. Ever since then, I’ve carried a deep desire to serve and help others—and now, that opportunity has come back around.

This mission trip to Togo with Vapor Ministries came together very unexpectedly. Even after the official deadline of April 12 had passed, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I reached out, hoping there might still be a chance—and thankfully, there was. Without knowing all the details or timelines, I just knew in my heart that I was meant to go. So with a full and grateful heart, I’ll be traveling to Togo from July 24th to August 2nd to serve and make a difference alongside an incredible team. The cost is a little higher than I originally expected, but I truly believe everything will work out the way it’s meant to.
