Hello everyone! Yolanda has numerous medical conditions that she struggles with on a daily basis as well as a currently undiagnosed blood disorder. These conditions cause her to pass out, experience weakness, exhaustion, pain and temporary amnesia. She visits specialists almost weekly to help manage her symptoms. She had a medical alert service dog that assisted her throughout college at UW Madison. He was able to sense her blood pressure drop and alerted her so she could get to a safe spot to sit before she passed out. She lost him about 2 years ago due to old age.

We were incredibly lucky and another dog fell into our laps shortly before her first dog passed. The new dog already had some training and then Yolanda worked with him. We unfortunately lost him unexpectedly a few months ago. I am here to raise enough money to buy a new medical alert service dog. We have found a good match for her in Alabama. The money raised will go directly to paying for the dog and the costs to transport him to Wisconsin. Yolanda will be training him so there won’t be any large expenses with that. All proceeds that go toward the purchase of the him go directly to a Doberman rescue to aid in the Doberman Crisis that is affecting the south. Hundreds of Dobermans are coming through high-kill shelters and require rescues to pull them in order to save their lives. By donating you will also be saving more lives than just my own.
