Anyone who knows Yolanda knows she is one of the sweetest souls you could ever meet—very loving, kind, caring, and God-fearing. In 2023, she caught Covid, which at first seemed like just a regular cold. We waited, hoping it would go away, but when she finally went to the ER, they admitted her and diagnosed her with congestive heart failure. This news was devastating and has had a crushing impact on her quality of life.
Not long after, Yolanda suffered a stroke and then a heart attack, leaving her with only 5% heart function. Now, she is in the hospital, fighting for her life and in desperate need of a heart transplant. The journey has been overwhelming, but her spirit remains strong. If anyone deserves a chance at continuing in life, I promise it’s her.
Anything donated will be used toward her medical bills, relocation for her new heart, and therapy after the transplant. Your support will help give her the chance to recover and hopefully receive a new heart as big as the one she already has. Any help, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated. Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
