Hi, La Puente Faithful… Louis “Captain Lou” Garcia passed away Monday afternoon. He was a local favorite and huge fan of La Puente. He loved hanging out at all the local favorite eateries, meet new people and make them have a good laugh. He leaves behind a wife, 3 children and 5 granddaughters. Due to the unfortunate unforeseen quick passing of “Captain Lou” if you feel led to donate to Yolanda to assist with funeral cost anything will be appreciated.
