For the past four years, my dear friend Yolanda has been fighting colon cancer with a strength and grace that inspires everyone around her. Through every treatment, every setback, and every moment of uncertainty, she has remained grounded in her faith and carried herself with a kindness that never wavers.

Recently, Yolanda faced another unexpected and heartbreaking challenge. She had to undergo emergency spinal decompression surgery after doctors discovered a new mass pressing on her spine. This has left her unable to work as she begins a long and difficult recovery at home.

As you can imagine, the financial burden is overwhelming. Between co-pays, medical equipment, and everyday bills, the stress is immense and the last thing she should have to worry about right now.

Yolanda is a devoted mother to her daughters and sons, and a loving grandmother. Her daughter is about to graduate high school, and more than anything, Yolanda deserves to be there, comfortable and present, watching her walk across that stage. She deserves more time with all of her children, her grandbabies, and more moments filled with love, laughter, and peace.
