Help Yolanda and Richard Rebuild After Flood

Hello, I’m starting this GoFundMe page to support my sister Yolanda and her husband Richard during this difficult time.

On October 19th, they were the victims of a devastating flood that caused their home to be unlivable, their vehicles damaged beyond repair, and the loss of furniture, appliances, belongings, clothing, and heirlooms. They were trapped in their home with their two doggies, surrounded by rising water until morning when they could be rescued.

The home will require the replacement of walls, flooring, appliances, and furniture, as all was ruined and had to be discarded. They were blessed to have their church, Grace Community Church, house them and clear out the house of debris, throwing away the ruined furniture, appliances, flooring, and walls. Their doggies are in Albuquerque with their son. They did not have flood insurance.

We are asking for donations to help repair the home so they can have a place to live and be reunited with their pets.
