My name is JR, and I am Yohan’s godfather. Today, I come to you not just as a campaign manager but as someone who deeply loves this little boy and wants nothing more than to see him laugh, run, and play again.

Yohan is only 4 years old. He is a bright, cheerful, and loving child on the autism spectrum who loved running outside, playing and exploring different things. He had been in both speech and occupational therapy which were helping him develop, learn basic fundamental skills and function effectively. His joy was contagious, and every step he took was a reminder of his determination and innocence.

But everything changed in April 2025. Yohan’s parents noticed he was struggling to walk, and what followed was every parent’s nightmare. After visiting four different hospitals, undergoing countless tests - CT scans, ultrasound, X-rays, MRI scans and finally a biopsy, we received the devastating news: Yohan tested positive for CD99, confirming Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer affecting the tissue in his left leg.

Since then, our little warrior has not been able to walk. The tumor caused his left hip to dislocate, and the pain and medical treatments have pushed back all the progress he had made. In just a few short months, Yohan’s world went from playing outdoors and learning new words to battling daily pain, hospital visits, and treatments no child should ever endure.

Now, our goal is clear: we want Yohan to walk again. To make that possible, he needs a long and difficult journey of chemotherapy, surgery, and rehabilitation. The cost of his hospital care, surgeries, and therapy sessions is overwhelming for his family, and the expenses continue to rise.

We are humbly asking for your help to raise ₱2 million to cover Yohan’s medical bills and rehabilitation. Every peso raised will directly support:

• Ongoing hospital and treatment expenses

• Chemotherapy cycles and related medications

• Surgery costs to remove the tumor and address his hip dislocation

• Post-surgery rehabilitation and therapies to help him walk again
