For a long time, I've had a simple yet powerful wish that I've dreamed of seeing come true; Aligning my outer self with my true identity. As a transgender woman I’ve felt a disconnect between who I am inside and the person I present to the world. After much reflection and with the support of my loved ones, I’ve come to embrace my true identity as a transgender individual. 

Transitioning is a crucial step in aligning my outer self with my inner truth. Ii think it’s about finding peace, happiness, and authenticity in my everyday life. However, the journey of transition involves significant emotional, physical, and financial challenges.
