Misfortunes like that happen and probably things happy for a reason. I was reminded how amazing it is to be a part of community and how random people help you. Also I want to thank Hummingbird fuels from San Francisco, and Lisa personally who helped to spread the word about my fundraiser. They have great endurance nutrition products and they are amazing people!

What happened:

I am writing this with a heavy heart to let you know that my beloved Red Canyon Endurace CF was stolen on November 28, 2025.

What happened: I was in the middle of a 310-km endurance race with a group of friends. During a lunch stop in Healdsburg, CA, my bike was taken from our stack. Despite help from the local community and police reports, the bike has not been recovered.

Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t cover bike theft. To keep training and get back to the sport that keeps me balanced and motivated, I’ll need a replacement. The bike I’m aiming for costs about $2,500, and I’ll need another $1,500 for parts and accessories - wheels, pedals, lights, and fit adjustments.

Anyone who follows my journey knows how much time and effort I put into customizing my previous bike, from the carbon wheels to the specific fit adjustments. It took years to get it perfect, and it was gone in seconds.

I have big goals for 2026: long rides, adventures, and I'm refusing to let this stop me.

Losing my bike has been a major setback, emotionally and financially. If you’ve followed my cycling journey, you know it’s been a slow build: adjusting stems and saddles, adding carbon wheels, swapping a fork after a crash, chasing the perfect setup.

So this winter, if you’d like to help me get back on the road, any contribution would mean the world!
