Help Yetunde Ogunsakin Regain Use of Her Arm

My name is Yetunde, and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for assistance. On October 8, 2023, I was involved in a serious accident that has drastically changed my life. As a result of the accident, I suffered a brachial plexus injury, which has left me unable to move or feel any sensation in my left upper limb.

This injury was compounded by a fracture to my left clavicle, requiring me to undergo two surgeries. Despite these efforts, I still have no power in the muscles from C5 to T1, and there is complete loss of sensation in these areas. My left upper limb and shoulder girdle muscles have also experienced significant wasting.

After extensive consultations, my doctors have recommended specialized surgery in Taiwan as my best chance to regain function in my arm. This procedure could be the key to restoring movement and sensation, allowing me to use my hand again and return to some semblance of normalcy.
