As a devoted mother, loving wife, caring daughter, sister, and cherished friend, Yesim has battled the life-altering effects of multiple sclerosis (MS) for over 8 years. Unfortunately, Yesim has lost so much in her battle with MS. She spends countless hours hospitalized, subjected to various treatments while the medical bills continue to mount. In a heartbreaking effort to cover costs that have exceeded $80000 in less than four years, her family made the tough decision to sell their home. They have also taken out new loans and her husband worked double shifts just to keep afloat. Yet, amid these struggles, Yesim never gave up. For the sake of her beautiful family, she finds the strength deep within, even when the burden feels too heavy to bear.

While Yesim’s courage is beyond measure, the truth is, no one should have to fight this battle alone. She requires ongoing treatments to remain on her feet and continue supporting her family. That’s where we, as a community, can step in.
