Earlier in March my beautiful cousin went to the hospital for unbearable stomachs pains. After several tests, ex-rays, lab work, and exams she was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Yesenia is a mother of 3. She is a hairdresser that had just been laid off due to the company going out of business. She found a job with a new salon, when she fell sick three weeks later. As you may know, hairdressers do not get health insurance coverage on the job and for a family of 5 it is pretty expensive. This had already been a tough year for her and her family as  her car broke down earlier in the year and her husbands car was repossessed. She was also planning her daughters wedding which would have been this year. As for now because of the uncertainty of what will happen the wedding plans have been postponed. I know that with Covid-19 people may be out of jobs and short on funds And we understand, but if you can find it in your heart and you can spare a dollar or two, it would be greatly appreciated.
