Help me take my show to Edinburgh Fringe!
A creative intersection of musical concert, poetry, and personal narrative, Welcome to my room, is a play that draws inspiration from my personal experience of living in New York City and Korea. Through this play, I aim to nurture the complexities of hyphenated identities and invite the audience to explore these questions: Who are you when no one is looking? What is the true meaning of home when you don't seem to belong anywhere? Can you discover the essence of who you are even when the source is lost, repressed, and/or stolen?
In order to make this play come alive, I need your support! Your donations will be used to make sure that all creatives involved can be equitably paid during rehearsals and performances. They will also be used to cover expenses for marketing, venue space, technical gear as well as transport to Edinburgh!
