This is my little cousin, Yazmin who is only 6 and she just got through her SECOND open heart surgery. It was extremely painful for her and she suffered alot. She is home now resting being taken care of by her single mom who also takes care of her special needs sibling. The car she drives, needs a large part fixed on it as well.
