Help Yazan and his family survive in Gaza

Hi, my name is Andreja and I'm from Canada. I'm organizing this fundraiser to help my friend Yazan and his family in Gaza.

Yazan is 18 years old and he is a sensitive and kind young man. He has 4 younger siblings. They, along with their parents, have been living in a tent in horrible conditions for months; they've been displaced multiple times from one location to the next to try to stay safe. Yazan would love to finish high school but after 14 months of terror in Gaza they can barely afford food let alone schooling. They share their tent with other extended family and there isn't enough room for all of them to sleep in the tent at night so the men sleep outside. It's cold and often rainy during the winter right now. They haven't had fresh vegetables in a long time and mostly eat instant noodles and canned foods which lack vitamins and minerals; flour is terribly expensive at the moment and mostly unavailable.

The funds raised will go towards basics like food, clothes, shoes, tent tarps to repair damage that occurs due to winter weather conditions and if there is money left over Yazan will use it to take classes towards finishing high school.
