Help Yaya Bridge the Gap After Her Injury

Hi. My name is Yjuanya but people call me Yaya. A few weeks ago I broke my wrist after slipping and falling at home. My orthopedic surgeon recommended that I stay off work for at least six weeks to heal.
I can't afford to do that.
I'm a certified caregiver in an assisted living home, caring for nine residents, most of whom require memory care and help with daily activities. After missing 10 days of work - almost an entire paycheck - I asked my doctor to let me return on light duty.
I'm back at work and doing everything I can, but returning doesn't replace the income I lost. I'm still trying to catch up on rent, my car payment, utilities, groceries and the medical expenses. I'm currently without health insurance, so those medical costs are coming out of my pocket.
I'm incredibly thankful for the people who have already donated. But I still need a little help getting over this financial bump
I've always heard "a closed mouth doesn't get fed", so I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help.
My goal is $1,500.00. Any amount will help. Even if it is only $1.00 and if you can't donate, sharing this fundraiser helps too.
I spend my days taking care of others. Right now, I'm just asking for a little help while I heal and get caught back up.
Thank you for donating, sharing, praying or simply taking the time to read this. I appreciate each one of you!
