Help Yay4Cosplay Buy a House

My sister has 3 kids and is really struggling to get by.  The owner of where she lives passed away and the kids sold the property and are forcing her and her family to leave. 

Rent prices here are too high and it just makes more sense for her to buy at this point.  Sadly, she doesn't have enough for a down payment, even after cashing out her entire 401k and all of her savings...not ideal for someone with children.

She's too proud to ask people for help and none of our family is in a position to help her.  She needs about $17,000 total for the down payment.  I know I can't get her that much on here but I'm determined to get as much as I can.  Whatever I raise, I'll be gifting to her so that she can finally have peace of mind that she won't have to keep moving her kids around.  

It's been a really difficult time for her the last couple of years and I'm not okay with just sitting by and watching her suffer like she has been.  I want to help and I'm asking anyone that can give, even just a little, to help me help her.  She's one of the most caring people I've met and is always there to help others when they need it and has helped me countless times.  I hope I can help her in return.
