My name is Yasser Alawar, and I’m a young Palestinian from Gaza. I used to be a university student studying Multimedia, full of dreams and ambitions. I was among the top students in my class.

But today, I’ve lost everything.

Since the war started, we’ve been living through unimaginable horrors — constant bombings, destruction, and fear. My home has been completely destroyed, I lost my education, my job, and my sense of safety. We are now homeless, moving from one place to another, trying to survive under the terrifying sounds of explosions.

On top of that, Gaza is facing a severe famine and lack of clean water. Basic human needs — food, water, shelter — have become luxuries we can no longer access.

With the help of a kind friend in Germany, we created this GoFundMe page in the hope that kind people around the world might stand with us in this time of despair.

2. To provide food and clean water, as famine and dehydration are becoming deadly here.
