Help Yasmin and her children in Gaza to survive

Hello dear friends,

Firstly, I would like to mention, that this GoFundMe account I have created for a friend in Northern Gaza, who I know long-term. Since 2017, I used to help her and her family on a regular basis, with what I could. Even before their situation was financially challenging, but at least they had a place to live.

My friend's name is Yasmin Shlash. Yasmin has lost everything material during bombardment of the block of flats, where she lived. Luckily, her and her 6 children survived.

This is all what is left from their home, only rubble:

Yasmin's (34yr) life was filled with happiness from her amazing 6 children, her 3 daughters and 3 boys. She was widowed in 2018, later remarried and had her 2 last kids. Her oldest daughter Layan is 12 years old, Amar (10), daughter Bayan (7), son Shareef (6), who cought Hepatitis A and had already been suffering from a heart condition, son Zaid (2.5 years) and her last one cute little daughter Maha, who is only 8 months and suffers from crumbs. Little Maha has lived half of her life under bombardement already and is not having a normal childhood. Her mum lost milk from the stress and malnutrition, thus could not breastfeed her at all.

It has been 2 dreadful months, I did not know whether they are alive. They managed to get in contact with me this year and since then I am helping them to survive this man-made famine. I am so happy they have survived the carnage the israeli army caused in the Northern Gaza. They belong to the 'lucky' few. The humanitarian aid is still not able to reach them, as the israeli army blocks its entry.

At the moment the situation with them is so critical and the damage of their property so big, the prices are so high, I am reaching out to you to help them to fund their immediate survival: buy blankets, baby milk, flour, water, fruits, medication and clothes. Now, they live in one cold room, which was used before as a storage - in somebody's property, where they are forced to pay rent. Yes, even during this horrendous situation they are obliged to pay a rent.

Already 3 of her children are sick from Hepatitis A, apart from their medical conditions (Shareef -6y has a heart disease & and Maha 8m have nerve cramps) .

I would like to thank anyone in advance, who is willing to help them survive. Every little act makes a big difference. After collecting the money, I will update you with informations and pictures how your donations was used.

اولاً اريد ان اذكر انني قمت بإنشاء هذا الحساب لصديقتي في غزه. اسمها ياسمين شلاش ولقد فقدت هي واطفالها بيتهم في قصف اسرائيلي على البرج السكني في جباليا. الحمدلله نجت هي واطفالها وهذا كل ما تبقى من البرج السكني كما ترون في الصوره. حتى قبل هذه الحرب الوضع المادي كان صعب بعض الشيء ولكن كان يوجد بيت يمكنهم السكن فيه. الان يسكنون في مخزن بارد كما ترون في الصوره مع ادنى مقومات الحياة . من سنين وانا احاول المساعده قدر المستطاع ولكن الان الدمار كبير ولذلك الان اطلب المساعده من الناس الطيبه لتلبيه الاحتياجات الاساسيه : شراء حرامات، ، حليب اطفال،طحين،ماء،ملابس. الاطفال ايتام و ٢ منهم عندهم امراض ( شريف ٦ سنوات مريض قلب، مها ٨ اشهر مريضه تشنجات اعصاب)

تم بفضل الله وفضلكم جزئياً تلبيه الاحتياجات الأساسية ولكن الان يوجد حاله طارئة! حصل مالك المخزن عرّض للإيجار بمبلغ مالي اكبر من ما تدفعه صديقتي ونفذت ايضاً التبرعات الي ارسلتها لها. ابنها ما يزال مريض بالكبد الوبائي واخشى عليهم من ان يبقوا في الشارع. ارجوا منكم ان تنشروا هذه الصفحة لكل اصدقائكم ومن يوجد لديه القدره ليتبرع على قدرته
