Hello everyone, my name is Yashin "Inchworm" Phillips. I am a Host, Film Director, and Community Leader, all under my company Inchworm Entertainment, founded in 2017. The sole purpose of Inchworm Entertainment is to bring people together to have fun, interact, and educate through the various facets of Inchworm Entertainment's interviews, short films, and community events.

This journey of entrepreneurship has been one of the most fulfilling yet challenging experiences I have ever been through in my life. The fulfilling parts have allowed me to immerse myself in everything I love to do. I have successfully interviewed hundreds of people such as artists, musicians, politicians, community leaders, small business owners, and more. I have created/directed 3 short films: "No More," "Lost N Found" (Part 1), and "Cycles," all bringing awareness to issues in the African American community, targeting girls and women. I have spearheaded events to uplift the community in Lake County, Illinois. These events range from exciting and fun to serious and educational, including the Battle of the Sexes Game Show, car washes to raise funds for survivors of domestic violence, various back-to-school community events, meet & greets, and debates for local politicians.

In 2023, I took a huge risk and moved to Los Angeles, California, to expand my/Inchworm Entertainment's network, work on my craft, and explore Hollywood. In my second year here, I have officially become a member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and my 3rd short film, "Cycles," has been accepted into 2 film festivals and counting. Interviews with my segment "Wiggling On The Street" on Hollywood Blvd will begin in the spring of 2025. In the summer of 2025, I will be shooting "Lost N Found Part 2."

In the words of one of my best friends, "I know it's been a hard road, but things are happening!"

This journey has been rewarding yet challenging to fund projects along with the rising cost of literally everything!
