B-ism Allāh ar-Raḥmān ar-Raḥīm

As-Salāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatu Allāhi wa barakātuh. Hello to all the Muslims in the world. This is Yaʿqūb, otherwise known by ‘Eminem’ to many of the readers.

The current campaign is a critical and important project set towards bridging the needs demanded in order to publish and permit the flourishing of many Islāmic works. The present state of Muslims is in severe conditions, as their faith declines and are shaken by the continuous propagation of heresy and various contesting philosophical and theological themes (Atheism, Liberalism, Darwinism, Christianity, Ashʿarism, etc.). In light of these circumstances, much of the already existing literature required to address such matters is made available through translation processes and compilation. This includes subjects and books such as, but not limited to:

• Aṭ-Ṭabarī’s introduction of Jāmiʿ al-Bayān ʿan Ta’wīl Āyi al-Qur'ān

• Ibn Qayyim’s Ijtimāʿ aj-Juyūsh al-Islāmīyya

• Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal’s Ar-Radd ʿalā al-Jahmīyya

• Abū Naṣr as-Sijzī’s Ar-Radd ʿalā man Ankara al-Ḥarf wa aṣ-Ṣawt

• Ibn Qutayba’s Iʿlām Rasūl Allāh ﷺ al-Munazzala fī at-Tawrāt wa al-Injīl wa az-Zabūr

Topics covered within this plan encompass Divine Simplicity, New Testament canon, Qur’ānic and New Testament textual criticism; Islāmic intellectualism and civilization; reality of the Crusades; violence in Christian history; historicity and miracles of the Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ; moral character of the biblical Jesus and Muḥammad ﷺ; Islāmic, Jewish and Christian theology; proofs of God’s existence, etc.

Such impressive titles and crucial issues call for extensive time in order to research, study, review and publish. This includes long-term productions such as the translation of several contemporary authors, mainly Sāmī al-ʿāmerī, Māher Amīr, Aḥmad an-Najjār, Muḥammad Āl Khuḍayr, Khālid al-ʿalamī, and Shaykh al-ʿuthaymīn’s books. For this to be achieved, it calls for tedious effort and endless time investment which can only be unlocked through the strong support of the Muslim community.

For the past few years, I have been silently suffering with extreme medical and financial difficulties. Over the course of four years, I have undergone over 10 surgical procedures with more recent potential operations; and consulted over 9 doctors in the United States, and a few more in Saudia and Germany. My consistent and excruciating pain levels have forced me to remain in a state of immobility; incapable of sufficiently providing for my family as I struggle to even walk. Additionally, many responsibilities have been passed on at young age, with no parent available to assist and the other sickened with diabetic and harsh cardiac problems at an elderly stage. From attempting to work 2-3 jobs; starving often; barely affording gas and hardly making rent, to raising children, merely surviving has become a very stressful task to accomplish. It is with much shame that help is sought as I sit helpless and desperate during these dire times; watching family members cry every day.

With a strong and burning passion towards serving Allāh ﷻ and the Muslim community, the amount delivered would serve as a means towards increasing slots for studying, writing, researching, editing, recording and publishing as the rent, utilities, medical and automotive expenses would be guaranteed for. This patronage is not only an attempt at improving someone’s quality of life, but an ever-lasting religious investment saving souls from doubt; earning a reward for every paper released; a mercy from Allāh ﷻ for every video uploaded; a possible sin cleansed for every word typed or read via books citing the Qur’ān; a mountain of deeds for any individual guided and converted. It is earning via this addictive obsession of glorifying Allāh ﷻ and Islām that I hope to succeed; make a career and feed my family.

By the Mighty One whose hands hold my soul, I currently possess less than $20 in total to my name. I have hope that through the generous hands of Allāh ﷻ would the Muslim community rescue my family and ease the burden ongoing for years. I, as a slave of Allāh ﷻ, can only promise to do good and demonstrate through my actions that nothing would go to waste.
