Hi my name is Yanira Grande, I'm from El Salvador from a family of three kids.My sister, my brother and I are trying to help my Dad with his medical care.As we grow older we face challenges and my dad is struggling lately with health issues, he worked so hard his whole life to support the family (my dad started working when he was 11yo). Now has come the time when he needs my support, which I've been trying to do the best I can. Unfortunately in the last month my dad had to go through a surgery and other medical procedures and as a single parent it is hard to cope. Is that's why I'm sharing my story with you to look for help with his medical care unfortunately my dad doesn't have a medical insurance or any retirement benefits and I would for him to get all medical treatment he can get to get better. I've not seen my dad in 18 years and I wish I can help him to get better and buy some more time for me to get to reunite with him again.Anything helps and everything is appreciated.

Es por eso que estoy compartiendo mi historia con ustedes para buscar ayuda con su atención médica. Desafortunadamente, mi papá no tiene seguro médico ni beneficios de jubilación y me gustaría que recibiera todo el tratamiento médico posible para mejorar.
