Hi everyone,
My name is Yanet Kasse, and I’m reaching out with a humble and hopeful heart to share my story.
I have been living with serious health issues since I was 17 years old. What began as ongoing medical challenges has, over time, progressed into severe kidney disease. Throughout the years, I’ve gone through countless doctor visits, treatments, and medications, doing everything I can to keep going and maintain some sense of normalcy. Despite my efforts, my condition has now reached a point where I urgently need a kidney transplant. This journey has been incredibly difficult—physically, emotionally, and mentally. There are days when the exhaustion is overwhelming, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead weighs heavily on me. Still, I continue to stay hopeful and fight for a chance at a healthier life.
A kidney transplant would truly be life-changing for me. It would give me a second chance—the opportunity to regain my strength, live more fully, and spend meaningful time with my loved ones without the constant limitations of my illness. Unfortunately, the financial burden of a transplant is more than I can manage alone. The costs for surgery, hospital care, medications, and ongoing treatment are overwhelming, even with insurance. That’s why I am asking for your support during this critical time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward my medical expenses. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my story would mean just as much and help me reach others who may be able to help.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, for your kindness, and for your support. It truly means everything to me.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Yanet Kasse
