Hi, my name is Yaneisha. For years, I’ve quietly faced the emotional and physical challenges of infertility — made even more difficult by my diagnosis of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).

PCOS affects my hormones and ovulation, and it’s made trying to conceive especially hard. Despite the struggles, I’ve held on to hope, and now I’m finally ready to take a big step forward.

I’m starting IVF treatment on July 2, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like motherhood is within reach.

I work two jobs and have done everything I can to prepare financially and emotionally — but the upfront costs of treatment are still more than I can manage alone.
