For medical bills n other expensives

Hi my name is yamilex I never ask anyone for help but out of nowhere I was hospitalized n gave birth to my two beautiful babies that passed away same day this is a deeply horrible pain I wish on no one I’m asking if anyone who feel in there heart to help could be 5$ doesn’t matter I’d deeply appreciate it may God Bless everyone n again I’m sorry for asking but I really will take all the help I can get I’m not working at the moment due to being hospitalized n everything just happened all at once I had no insurance when I got to the hospital so that’s why I need all the help I can get everything is hitting me at once right now my hospital bill is 73,000$ n I have no way of paying that so anything honestly help
