My name is Yamilet Llamera, I'm a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach.

In 2023, at the age of 49, I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to take my training to the next level to compete for the first time before turning 50. I wanted to do this as a challenge for myself and to also learn the process so I can coach/teach women over 35 that have the dream and desire to transform their body and step on stage one day. I set everything aside, dove into the process and competed with the NPC (National Physique Committee), Winning First Place in my division and earning the entry to compete at the National Level to win The Pro Card.

Last year, in 2024, after competing in my First National Show, I won First Place again in my division and obtained the sought out Pro Card becoming an IFBB Pro Athlete at age 50!

I want to take advantage of the hard work I have dedicated to transforming my physique in the past 2 1/2 years to have a chance to compete as a Professional Bodybuilder with the IFBB PRO LEAGUE. .

I have had some health setbacks, including the death of two of my beloved fur babies, which required using the saved funds set aside for these competitions.
