Help Yami and Owner Return Home Safely

Hey all! A few months ago, I lost my job and ended up stuck in Brazil with my cat, Yami. Being in this country has been difficult, as I am not cleared to work outside of the US. Because of these circumstances, I am in the process of losing my home in the US, my car, everything that I had before. All that I have with me here is Yami.

The living arrangements here are horrible, and a week or so ago, Yami got sick and almost died. This is what has prompted me to go out on a limb and seek assistance. I am unsure how much I actually need to get everything back on track. However, the target should be enough to at least get Yami and I back to the US and to finance something until I find new work. More than anything, I would love to get Yami back home and back to his happy life outside of this country. Yes, I care about myself and the life that I had, but my best friend comes first. I want to fix things and get home to get him home.
