My name is William, and I recently took a leap of faith by rebranding an established restaurant into my own takeout business, Yallah Habibi. After having to start from scratch and move into a cloud kitchen, I found myself facing new challenges every day. I can't work a full-time job because I need to be in the kitchen full-time, pouring my heart into every dish. The food has never been the problem—what's been tough is the pushback from loyal customers who miss the dine-in experience, and the struggle to get the word out with no extra money for advertising.
