Anchor Crystal Nations Collective
Land, Infrastructure & Retreat Foundation
Founder: Yahira Lobos
Crystal Nations Collective is a land-based community initiative rooted in earth stewardship, recovery-informed education, ceremony, and sustainable living.
I’m Yahira Lobos, founder of Crystal Nations Collective and a long-time facilitator of Rainbow Medicine Wheels built across North America. For over 13 years, I have volunteered my time, skills, and leadership to community spaces centered on healing, recovery, mental health advocacy, and reconnection with the land.
This work has always been mobile, relational, and service-based.
Now, at 54 years old, it is time to ground it into land, infrastructure, and a permanent foundation.
This fundraiser exists to do exactly that.
The Vision
Crystal Nations Collective is stewarding a land-based retreat and education model designed to:
Host small, intentional healing retreats
Build and maintain a Rainbow Medicine Wheel on the land
Facilitate fire purification ceremonies, prayer, and ritual
Offer workshops, potlucks, lectures, and seasonal gatherings
Support youth, families, and neurodivergent individuals in recovery
Provide a safe, regulated environment for nervous-system healing and reconnection with nature
The land will be stewarded respectfully and non-invasively, responding to the needs of the ecosystem itself.
Long-Term Blueprint: The Crystal City (Eco-Village Model)
Crystal Nations Collective carries a long-range blueprint for a small-scale eco-village, referred to as a Crystal City — not a fantasy city, but a practical demonstration model for sustainable living.
This includes:
Earth-based structures (earthships, hempcrete, air-crete)
Ethical use of gemstones as structural and educational elements
A food forest
Animal sanctuary or foster support (horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, dogs — based on land needs)
Non-extractive, regenerative land practices
Education in sustainability, stewardship, and community governance
The goal is not expansion — it is demonstration:
A grounded, sovereign model of how humans can live with land, not on top of it.
Why Now
For 35 years, I have carried this vision through lived experience, recovery, training, and service.
I am certified in nine healing and educational modalities and have spent decades facilitating spaces of healing, reflection, and community connection.
The next phase of this work requires stability:
A safe home base in nature
Transportation for materials and people
Legal nonprofit structure
Storage, preparation, and retreat infrastructure
This is not about lifestyle.
It is about capacity, safety, and longevity.
