Help ya girl get through Medical School.

Hey y'all, not gonna mince words on this one. In short, I am going to be starting my medical school rotations in a few weeks and to be honest, I don't really know how I am gonna make ends meet with the whole "paying for rent" and "buying groceries" thing. I need about $5000 to cover expenses til the end of the year so I can focus on school and not be destitute.
I started medical school in January of 2020 at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. Soon there after the COVID-19 pandemic started and I was forced to continue my education online at home. Throughout this time, the situation at home degenerated as my family began to fall apart due to my mother's mental illness getting worse. By January 2021 I had to move out of my home and live with some friends in Florida for a time. I then moved back to NJ, staying at my aunts place on her couch continuing to do so while I went back and forth between there and Grenada until I finished my preclinical by Feb 2023. I was able to find permanent housing in March 2023 but had since struggled with keeping my head above water during that time while trying to study for my STEP1 exam, an exam which would determine whether I could continue in my Medical career and hopes of becoming a doctor. I was able to successfully clear this exam, and now I should be starting my rotations on September 25th. The issue is that I don't have enough money to cover the rest of my expenses for the end of the year, having already spent my living expenses refund on rent, groceries, medical bills, and the school health insurance (which was $5000 and I am required by school policy to have in order to do my rotations). Due to the intensive nature of my medical internship, which you don't get paid for by the way, you just work several hours every day for no money, followed by an evening of studying every night, I am unsure how I am gonna make ends meet. If you can help me get through this difficult patch I would very much appreciate your support.
