- Severe liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension
- Fibrosis Stage 6 (confirmed by biopsy — the most advanced stage of liver scarring)
- Splenomegaly (enlarged spleen)
- Minimal ascites and pleural effusion (fluid build-up around organs)
- Multi-septated fluid lesion in the abdomen, possibly requiring surgical attention
- Small umbilical hernia
Despite the severity, no hepatoma (liver cancer) has been detected, offering a hopeful window for intervention and recovery through a liver transplant or other advanced treatments.
