Xochilt is about to face the fight of her life, and we need your help. At 36 years old, Xochilt has been diagnosed with pseudomyxoma peritonei, a rare type of cancer that requires immediate and specialized medical treatment.

Xochilt is a radiant source of joy and positivity. As a devoted veterinarian, she has spent her life nurturing and healing animals, showering them with the same love and compassion she extends to everyone around her. She is the friend who will drop everything to lend a helping hand, the one whose laughter can lift the heaviest of hearts, and whose smile brightens even the darkest of days. Her kindness knows no bounds, and her presence brings warmth and light to all who know her.

Xochilt's journey took an unexpected turn when she underwent surgery for polycystic ovaries. During the operation, doctors discovered a gelatinous mass, which was later confirmed to be pseudomyxoma peritonei. Hearing the words "you have cancer" after what was supposed to be a routine procedure was an unimaginable shock. In that moment, everything else fades away. The worries are overwhelming—what will happen? I'm so young! Fear and uncertainty take hold.

This rare diagnosis has led her to multiple medical referrals, and now she needs to be treated at a specialized hospital. The hospital has estimated that the costs for the necessary tests and surgery, excluding any subsequent chemotherapy, will be approximately $100,000.
