Help Xavier Thrive After Transplant

Hi everyone. I am Tawanda and my son Xavier is in the photo. I am his transplant donor and we are headed into surgery today. Any help we receive would be greatly appreciated. My son is 26 and I want him to have as normal as a life a possible. He has been on PD dialysis for over a year and this has been a journey. This was after being on Hemo for months.
