Help Xavier recover from Bridgeport Floods

Hi my name is Xavier and On September 2, 2021 I was completely displaced from my apartment in Bridgeport PA due to the just the 'remnants" of Hurricane Ida. I lived on the ground floor and the flooding water rose all the way up to the ceiling submerging everything i owned in my tiny space and as a result became unable to enter my apartment for a full day waiting for the water lever to lower itself. My apartment is now uninhabitable and my insurance company refuses to help because my renters insurance doesn't cover flooding. I lost a pull-out sofa, and comfortable chair, my japanese floor mattress, two TVs, PS4, nintendo switch, nintendo WiiU, over ten controllers, a cupboard, pillows and blankets, cloths, EVERY single one of my dishes and so much more. I'm on personal leave currently sleeping on a relatives couch waiting to hear back from the Redcross and FEMA . This is the first time in a long time that I've been as overwhelmed as I am now and I'm asking whoever is reading this to please consider helping me through my situation to find a new roof over my head and get back some if not all my belongings.. This is a first for me so at the moment I'm just taking everything day by day and still gonna try to create some good out this catastrophe.
