First, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has donated to the GoFundMe and supported me as I worked last month to lay my son Xavian Hernandez to rest. Your kindness has met more to me than I can ever express.

I recently learned that my son had a savings in a CalAble account due to his disability and him saving all of his money. CalAble has named me the executor of his account and sent me a check. In order to access these funds, I am required to go through the probate process and open in a state account so the check can be deposited. Unfortunately, probate in California is very costly, and I do not qualify for a fee waiver because I work full-time. The estimate estimated cost range between $1500-$2200 which is far beyond what I can manage on my own.

As a single mother living paycheck to paycheck, this process is incredibly difficult to navigate without financial assistance. I am humbly asking for support to help me cover the probate expenses, so I can complete this final responsibility for my son. Any contribution, no matter the amount, would mean the world to me and will never be forgotten.
