Meet Xander — Our Bright Firstborn
Xander is our amazing first-born, and he’ll soon be a big brother—baby brother is on the way! We adore both our kids dearly and are committed to giving Xander every opportunity to thrive.
Why We’re Asking for Help
Before birth, Xander was diagnosed with Down syndrome, which can cause delays in reaching developmental milestones like crawling, pulling up, sitting, standing, and walking. To help him grow stronger and reach these milestones faster, we’ve enrolled him in intensive therapy at NeuroSPARK. This cutting-edge program combines traditional pediatric services with photobiomodulation—a form of red and near‑infrared light therapy that studies show can stimulate brain healing, improve neural connectivity, and support motor and cognitive development

Preliminary research—including work with children with Down syndrome—has demonstrated improvements in motor skills, language, attention, and emotional regulation after regular photobiomodulation sessions

The Challenge
Unfortunately, this innovative therapy is not covered by insurance. Weekly sessions at NeuroSPARK are expensive but proven to make a real difference in accelerating Xander’s progress.
How You Can Help
We’re humbly asking for your support to fund Xander’s therapy so he can build strength, coordination, and confidence as he grows—and so he can keep up with his new little brother. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to his developmental milestones.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for caring and donating to help our sweet boy shine.
