Help Xach Blunt Replace His Stolen Camera Gear

I'm making and endorsing this gofundme to support one of my best friends and Write About Now videographer Xach Blunt.

For more than five years, Xach Blunt has been the visual storyteller behind some of the most powerful and viral moments in the poetry community. As a dedicated videographer for Write About Now Poetry, he has captured the raw emotion, passion, and artistry of poets, bringing their words to life for audiences around the world.

He is the driving force behind thousands of poems being professionally captured and shared online.

Last Tuesday, Xach stopped by a poetry show to drop off a memory card. In the short time he left his car, his car was broken into, and over $5,000 worth of camera gear was stolen, including his camera + lens ($3,200), laptop ($1,500), wireless mics ($400), and a 360 degree camera ($200).

This is a devastating loss that not only impacts his ability to work but also affects the countless artists who rely on him to document and share their performances.

Xach has given so much to this community—this is a great chance for us to give back. Every dollar raised will go toward replacing his stolen equipment so he can continue doing what he does best: preserving poetry and storytelling through his lens.
