We have some wonderful news: after a long fight, insurance has finally approved Wyatt’s wheelchair. We are beyond grateful that this critical piece of equipment will help him conserve energy, support his mobility, and improve his quality of life.

Unfortunately, just as one hurdle was cleared, another appeared.

Our family’s van has broken down, and the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the vehicle itself. Without reliable transportation, getting Wyatt to his medical appointments, therapies, treatments, and everyday activities has become a major challenge.

We are now raising funds to help purchase a reliable vehicle that can safely transport Wyatt, his wheelchair, and his three siblings. As Wyatt grows and his mobility needs increase, having dependable transportation isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.

Living with Pompe disease comes with enough obstacles already. We are hoping to find a vehicle that will allow us to focus on Wyatt’s health and well-being instead of worrying about how we’ll get him where he needs to be.
