Help Wyandanch Marching Warriors Shine in DC

As a Wyandanch Marching Warriors alum, it is with much pride that I ask for everyone to help the Wyandanch Marching Warriors perform in the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, DC!

All donations will go directly to the funding of this very special once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for all members of the marching band. You can only do something for the first time once, let's help these students make a new best for themselves and future generations of the Wyandanch Marching Warriors!

The Wyandanch Marching Warriors and Warriorettes are a newly refined performing arts program that is ecstatic to represent the community of Wyandanch, NY. The program consists of both marching woodwinds and brass, a rudimentary funk-based percussion section, showtime drum majors, baton twirling, and the dazzling Warriorette dance team. Since the program's rebirth in September of 2023, the Marching Warriors have nearly quadrupled and are still receiving enrollment for the 2024-25 school year. Under the direction of Nick Liddie, the program has been awarded “Best Overall Band,” first place, and the rating of “Superior” by the judges of the Music in the Parks Festival in early June of 2024. The Wyandanch Marching Warriors are eager to showcase their commitment to hard work and share their admiration for the performing arts.

The marching band has recently been invited to perform at the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, DC! With your help, the funds accumulated through this fundraiser will heighten the quality of experience for the students and help us achieve a lifelong dream as we march down Constitution Avenue!
