Let’s Help Wrinkles Get his leg amputated

Hello, my name is Wrinkles. I am a sweet and kind foster dog. My previous owners, unfortunately, threatened to euthanize me if someone didn't take me in. This happened on 5/22/24.

8 months ago, I was hit by a car and my owners didn't bother to fix my arm due to financial constraints.

Sadly, all the nerves in my armpit are completely dead and I cannot move my arm on my own. It is now lame and drags on the ground.

These humans who promised to care for me, left me like this for 8 months. They have allowed my paw to drag on the ground resulting in lesions and deep scars that are irreparable.

I was pulled from my owner by Shannon who who really wants to help me live a happy, full life. She took me to the vet yesterday.

After multiple tests, both internal and external, an X-ray, and consultation with the surgeon, the best solution is to amputate the whole front right leg/arm. He has to wear a collar to keep himself from chewing the paw. He continously licks at it trying to stimulate it and heal his wounds ❤️‍❤️‍

Sadly, it is something we need to do pretty soon.

We would be so grateful to anyone who can help us get this adorable guy the treatment and care he so desperately needs.
