Wrigley has been a cherished part of our family since we brought him home from Arizona as a puppy. He’s an Old English bulldog with a gentle soul and a big heart. When Sonia lost her father David, who she cared for deeply, Wrigley was there to help mend her broken heart. He’s also been a constant source of comfort for my grandma, helping her through her struggles with anxiety and always staying by her side during her surgeries. Wrigley’s presence has brought so much healing and joy to our family, and we can’t imagine life without him.

Recently, Wrigley’s health has taken a difficult turn. He’s been in and out of the vet due to severe allergies, and when we adopted him, he already had a problem with his eye. That issue has now developed into a tumor, which is affecting his other eye as well. After many tests, Wrigley was diagnosed with cancer. The surgery he needs to save his sight and give him a chance at recovery are very expensive. Sonia and Lino have done everything they can to keep up with his vet bills, even sacrificing their own health insurance to make sure Wrigley gets the care he needs. Because of his allergies, he’s on a strict homemade diet, which adds to the cost and effort, but they’ve never asked anyone for help—until now.

We are reaching out because this surgery is simply too much for us to afford on our own. Wrigley has given our family so much love and support, and we want to do everything we can to give him the best chance. Your support in any way is appreciated.
