My name is Wren Foster. I currently live in Okinawa Japan with my two lovely boys. I have been in a difficult marriage with a lot of emotional and psychological abuse without even knowing it. I have fought to save a marriage that didn't even have me as a priority. I left in the hopes that reconciliation would be down the road but have seen that I was never going to be good enough. The abuse that has been thrown at me through facebook messages, slanders that have been said to people around the base, manipulations of my sons and me have been overwhelming and heart wrenching to bear.  I am finally beginning to see that I am enough and worth more than what I can provide for the family but it will take time to love myself see the good that I have to give.
