Wren is the sweetest 1 year old Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier you will ever meet. She was diagnosed with precursor immune-mediated hemolytic anemia 6 weeks ago . This is a disorder that makes the body attack its own red blood cells. She is taking multiple immune suppressive medications and has had 8 blood transfusions so far- she requires more blood every 10-14 days.

Her bone marrow is currently under attack and we can't get it started again. It appears that stem cell therapy may be her only hope. She will need 5 stem cell treatments and they cost $1,500 apiece. Wren's family and her doctors have not given up hope yet, she still has a fighting chance to live her full life if we can just restart her bone marrow.
