Hi, I’m Wren — a disabled artist, survivor, and someone just trying to find safety.

I never imagined I’d be here, but I’m reaching out because I truly have nowhere else to turn. I need to move out of my apartment by June 1st to escape an abusive ex-partner. Staying here isn’t just uncomfortable — it’s unsafe. I’m trying to start over, but I can’t do it alone.

I live with fibromyalgia, severe PTSD, and an undiagnosed spinal issue that makes standing, walking, and working extremely painful. I’m doing what I can — delivering groceries for Instacart when my body allows — but I barely make enough to eat and put gas in my car.

And I’m not doing this alone. I have two emotional support cats, India and Bastian, who are my lifeline. They help keep me grounded through the panic, the pain, the dark moments. Rehoming them isn’t just heartbreaking — it would destroy me. We’re a package deal.

Right now, I need to raise $5,000 to get into a safe, temporary place like an Airbnb while I look for remote work and rebuild some stability. Every dollar helps put distance between me and the trauma I’m escaping. Every share brings me closer to safety.
